Greetings everybody:

It has been a while since I have posted information about The Ada Rios Beauty & Health Products. If some of you have noticed, I haven’t been in many usual shows that I have participated in the New England area since the fall last year, but the main reason is here:

I have been working in many new projects that had consumed all of my time. Now we are in the middle of Summer, beautiful and crazy summer!! And I don’t want to be away anymore, I want to share with you a few of the things that have been going on:

First I have created finally a new line of natural and organic products for the face, which includes: a crucial rejuvenating serum specially for woman over 30, a great moisturizer one for day, one for night; I was even able to include a botanical toner and a great facial cleanser.

The news coming out of Haiti is almost too terrible to imagine.

Three million people have been affected by Tuesday's earthquake, and the Red Cross estimates as many as 50,000 may be dead. Survivors are digging through the rubble with their hands in a desperate attempt to rescue those who are trapped.

With water and medical supplies in short supply, and the Haitian government paralyzed, international aid efforts in the next few days will be critical to prevent more human suffering.

Años después de estar diciendo a la gente que Quimioterapia es la única manera de tratar y eliminar el cáncer, John Hopkins Hospital finalmente comenzó a decirnos que hay otra alternativa.

CANCER POR JOHN HOPKINS HOSPITAL, USA- POR FAVOR LEE

1) Cada persona posee células cancerigenas en el cuerpo. Estas células cancerigenas no aparecen en los pruebas standards hasta que se multiplican en algunos billones. Cuando los doctores dicen a sus pacientes con cáncer que ya no encontraron células de cáncer en sus cuerpos después de tratamiento, esto significa que los exámenes no pueden detectar estas células en su tamaño detectable.

2) Células cancerigenas aparecen entre 6 y hasta mas de 10 veces en la vida de una persona.

3) Cuando el sistema inmunológico de una persona es fuerte, este destruye las células cancerigenas y previene su multiplicación y la formación de tumores.

4) Cuando una personatiene cáncer, esto indica que tiene múltiples deficiencias nutricionales. Esto puede ser genético, ambiental, alimenticio o factores del estilo de vida.

5) Una forma de combatir la múltiple deficiencia nutricional, es cambiando la dieta e incluir suplementos alimenticios que refuercen el sistema inmunológico.

6) Quimioterapia consiste en envenenar células cancerigenas de rápido crecimiento, pero esto implica que se envenenan también cedulas sanas de rápido crecimiento en la medula ósea, tracto intestinal, etc., y pueda causar daño a órganos como el hígado, riñones, corazón, pulmones, etc..

a diferentes tipos de infecciones y complicaciones.

10) Quimioterapia y radiación, puede causar que las células cancerigenas muten y se vuelvan resistentes y
su destrucción se dificulte. Cirugía puede también causar que las células cancerígenas se propaguen a otros sitios.

11) Una manera de combatir el cáncer, es dejar que las células cancerigenas se mueran de hambre, al no ser alimentadas con comida que necesitan para su multiplicación.

CELULAS CANCERIGENAS SE ALIMENTAN DE:

a) El Azúcar es alimentadora del cáncer. Cortando el azúcar se corta con un importante suplemento alimenticio para el cáncer. Sustitutos del azúcar como NutaSweet, Equal, Spponful, etc. están hechos con Aspartame y este es dañino. Un mejor substituto natural puede ser la miel de abeja, pero en una pequeña cantidad. La sal de mesa contiene químicos que la hacen de color blanco. Una mejor alternativa es la sal de mar.

b) La leche causa que el cuerpo produzca mucosa, especialmente en el tracto gasto-intestinal. Cáncer se
alimenta de mucosa. Cortando la leche y sustituyéndola por Leche de Soya sin azúcar, las células cancerigenas comienzan a morir de hambre.

c) Células cancerigenas prosperan en ambientes ácidos. Una dieta basada en carne es alta en acido, lo mejor es comer pescado y algo de pollo que comer carne de res o puerco. La carne también contiene antibióticos, hormonas y parásitos, lo cual es muy dañino, especialmente gente con cáncer.

d) Una dieta hecha de 80% de vegetales frescos y jugos, granola, semillas, nueces y algo de fruta,
ayuda a poner el cuerpo en un ambiente alcalino. El 20% restante puede ser hecho de comida cocinada
incluyendo frijoles. El jugo de vegetales frescos proveen enzimas vivas que son rápidamente absorbidas y pueden alcanzar niveles celulares en 15 minutos que nutren y aumentan el crecimiento de células sanas.
Para obtener enzimas vivas que construyan células sanas, trata de tomar jugo de vegetales frescos y comer algunos vegetales crudos de 2 a 3 veces al día.
Las enzimas se destruyen a temperaturas de 40 grados centígrados.

e) Evita el café, té y chocolate, que contenga alta cafeína. Green tee es una mejor alternativa y tiene propiedades que luchan en contra del cáncer.
Toma agua purificada o de filtro, agua de la llave contiene tóxicos y altos niveles de metal. Agua destilada es acida, evítala.

f)La proteína en la carne es difícil de digerir y requiere muchas enzimas digestivas. Carne sin digerir permanece en el intestino y se pudre convirtiéndose en más residuos tóxicos.

g) Las paredes de células cancerigenas están cubiertas de resistente proteína. Comiendo menos carne se liberan más enzimas que atacan a las paredes de proteína de las células cancerígenas y permite que el cuerpo produzca células que matan a las células con cáncer. Algunos suplementos ayudan a reconstruir el sistema inmunológico (IP6, Essiac, antioxidantes,vitaminas, minerales, EFAs, etc.).

IMPORTANTE

John Hopkins Hospital hace las siguientes recomendaciones:
1.-No usar recipientes de plástico en el microondas.
2.- No colocar botellas de agua en el congelador.
3.- No usar envolturas de plástico sobre recipientes en el microondas.
Al calentar el plástico en el microondas o poniéndolo en el congelador, se liberan dioxinas.
Las dioxinas son un químico que produce cáncer, especialmente cáncer de seno.
Las dioxinas envenenan las células de nuestro cuerpo.
Esta información, a su vez, a estado circulando en Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Recientemente, el Dr. Edwuard Fujimoto, director del programa Wellness en el Hospital Castle, estuvo en un programa de televisión donde explico los riesgos para la salud.. También dijo que se obtienen los mismos resultados pero sin la dioxina. Las comidas instantáneas que aparecen en televisión, sopas maruchan o instant, ramen, etc.; deberían de ser removidas de los plásticos contenedores y calentarlos en recipientes de vidrio.

Señalo que el papel no es malo, pero tu no sabes lo que contiene el papel. Lo mas recomendable es usar vidrio templado, corning ware, etc.. Hace tiempo en algunos restaurantes de comida rápida se sustituyo los contenedores de hielo seco (foam) por papel. La razón es por los problemas de la dioxina.

También señalo, que cubrir los recipientes con plástico tal como Saran, es tan peligroso cuando se colocan sobre los alimentos para ser calentados en el microondas. Las altas temperaturas causan que peligrosas toxinas se derritan del plástico y caigan en la comida. El recomienda usar servilletas de papel en su lugar.

These are some of the herbs we use in our products.

Chamomile: Provides full body relief for muscle aches, strains, and arthritic pain. It is antiseptic and antibacterial. SKIN SOFTENER TO THE TOUCH relaxes tension in your muscles.

Echinacea: Immune system beauty. It is anti allergenic and anti-inflammatory fights invaders including bacteria, viruses, fungus and microbes. Antioxidants in Echinacea prevent cellular decay and minimize the effects of sun damage.

Marshmallow: Dry places are moistened, Hard conditions are softened, Inflammation goes away, Issues resist decay.

Dong Quai: It is antiviral, anti fungal, fights bacteria. It contains selenium, which helps to build your body’s natural barrier to disease and it antioxidant vitamin E, for proper absorption of selenium. It contains silica for tissue repair, iron for healthy blood and other nutrients to strengthen your immunity.

Thyme: It is the most powerful antiseptic herb, antiviral, anti fungal, antimicrobial, and antibiotic. Antiseptic for skin infections.

Horsetail: It is rich in silica and calcium to strengthen brittle nails, give life to dull dry hair, and repair skin tissues.

Rosemary: Brings the blood to the skin to give you a glow, and has antiseptic value to improve your skin’s ability to resist infections.

Peppermint: Calms your all over. It’s been used for hysteria and nervous disorders. Special feature body odor.

Oregano:

leaves are said to soothe painful swellings.

Contains powerful anti microbial activity. Flavonoids provide natural
antiseptic properties, and Terpenes (long chain hydrocarbons) are
natural anti-inflammatory agents.

Oregano fights fungal infections of the nail bed, athlete's foot,
psoriasis and other stubborn skin disorders.

Sage: is high in nutrients to tone the body, and it helps to prevent
premature aging with antioxidants that keep free radicals from

We were at the Northampton MA Whole Health Expo this past weekend and as always we met a lot of grate people!!!

I would like to tell you a little bit about myself, I am a cosmetologist, and I was a Hair salon owner for 3 years, so in my 7 years of experience on working with hair and skin I have heard a lot of histories about people wanting to change something about their skin and hair but I always recommend something natural, at least within the plants or fruit range.

Today I 've decided to write about the use of the salt scrubs and sugar scrubs, as many of you might not know they exfoliate you skin, WHAT IS EXFOLIATION? Many may wonder, well what it does in your body is: it takes the dead skin off , really good huum, but most of the scrub are accompanied by oils, so I always recommend all my friends, using it anywhere in you body but in your face, and the only reason is because it plugs the pores in your face, so REMEMBER, not in the face.

For people with sensitive skin I recommend the salt scrub because it is smooth.
Sugar scrubs for really nice looking skin, the real advantage about the sugar is that besides exfoliating it has vitamin D, so remember in your shower both of them are good for your skin, but sugar is really strong when it exfoliates. So according to my experience I will say sugar scrub is really good for pedicures when they are dry and damage. If you are looking to relax and do some good massage and besides exfoliate salt is perfect!

I have been married for 16 years; my husband and I share our life together with a beautiful 15-year-old daughter and a very energetic 6-year-old son.

My husband is a very active individual; he enjoys doing things with our kids, going to the beach, hiking or just riding bikes around town.

Recently, he started wearing a cap every time we went outdoors; I realized that the action was prompted by a very simple fact, he was loosing his hair.

After trying out several products and reading extensively about many more I came to the conclusion that help for my husband was not available, at least not yet. Like many things in life, the answer was right there in front of me, and I didn’t realized it. I just had to look back some years ago when we lived in our native country, we used to live surrounded by Mayan people they will use plants to cure many illnesses, and like my grandma always said, tomato juice was the best remedy for dry hair, bringing back the natural softness and shine.
