ESSENTIAL OILS FOR BEAUTY & HEALTH PRODUCTS

How do we use them?

I only get the best essential oils for my products to communicate what I am feeling at the moment I make my products and what I want to transmit to you. This is a combination of aromatherapy and the real smell of the fruit, vegetable and therapeutic herbs to give you a piece of nature.

Essential Oils are useful in the practice of aromatherapy. They are natural products extracted from bark, flowers, fruit, leaves and roots. They deliver positive benefits to the body through smell and direct absorption into the skin. Some of the benefits include soothing, calming, stimulating, refreshing, centering, and warming to the system.

Here are some samples of what you could smell in the products we have in stock right now.

In the Pomegranate/Oregano I use oregano, which has a really strong smell,
This magnificent bouquet is an aroma of floral, herbaceous, fresh, light with balsamic woody undertone. The most floral scent of all lavenders, the therapeutic levels are the highest; Lemon, Clove, patchouli and cedar wood.

Next we have Carambola (star fruit)/Sage this sweet combination has a fruity smell follow by a complex blend of green, floral and musky woods. This soft aroma consists of Top notes of green, jasmine, fresh ozone, ylang, lilac, rose, clary sage and eucalyptus. If you like the smell of early spring day you will love this product!!

Sugar scrubs, and salt scrubs

I am Ada Rios creator of the new line of beauty products in the market available in your favorite spa or in my website adarios.com. I would like to tell you a little bit about myself, I am a cosmetologist, and I was a Hair salon owner for 3 years, so in my 7 years of experience on working with hair and skin I have heard a lot of histories about people wanting to change something about their skin and hair but I always recommend something natural, at least within the plants or fruit range.

Today I 've decided to write about the use of the salt scrubs and sugar scrubs, as many of you might not know they exfoliate you skin, WHAT IS EXFOLIATION? Many may wonder, well what it does in your body is: it takes the dead skin off , really good huum, but most of the scrub are accompanied by oils, so I always recommend all my friends, using it anywhere in you body but in your face, and the only reason is because it plugs the pores in your face, so REMEMBER, not in the face.

For people with sensitive skin I recommend the salt scrub because it is smooth.
Sugar scrubs for really nice looking skin, the real advantage about the sugar is that besides exfoliating it has vitamin D, so remember in your shower both of them are good for your skin, but sugar is really strong when it exfoliates. So according to my experience I will say sugar scrub is really good for pedicures when they are dry and damage. If you are looking to relax and do some good massage and besides exfoliate salt is perfect!

If you would like me to give you some advice on any of the things I talk on this site you can always email me.

Beauty and Health

I have been married for 16 years; my husband and I share our life together with a beautiful 15-year-old daughter and a very energetic 6-year-old son.

My husband is a very active individual; he enjoys doing things with our kids, going to the beach, hiking or just riding bikes around town.

Recently, he started wearing a cap every time we went outdoors; I realized that the action was prompted by a very simple fact, he was loosing his hair.

After trying out several products and reading extensively about many more I came to the conclusion that help for my husband was not available, at least not yet. Like many things in life, the answer was right there in front of me, and I didn’t realized it. I just had to look back some years ago when we lived in our native country, we used to live surrounded by Mayan people they will use plants to cure many illnesses, and like my grandma always said, tomato juice was the best remedy for dry hair, bringing back the natural softness and shine. Horsetail and rosemary have been used for generations to prevent and stop hair loss if used in the right amount and combination.

You see, we come from a culture full of traditions and home remedies for the entire body, that have endure the passage of time. That was the answer! To go back and re-tool old recipes from Mayan people combining them with what I have learned as a cosmetologist. I want to share this knowledge with everybody so I developed an entire line of therapeutic product to nourish and rejuvenate the skin and hair.

My husband is back to his life style, my children enjoy the time we spend doing fun things and I found a career with substance and an opportunity to help others.
